"Product Misrepresentation (A.K.A. Scam)"
The date box feels like a total rip-off since you're shelling out over $20 for a box stuffed with 'ice-breakers, a list of ingredients, a song playlist, cards for your partner, and a flimsy memory book.' Honestly, you could whip up something similar for less than $10. Plus, the box doesn’t even include the stuff you need to whip up the food item it promised. In my case, it was supposed to be truffles, but all I got were some cheap paper wrappers and a few toppings like sprinkles. I was really let down and wouldn’t buy from them again. On the bright side, after I expressed my disappointment with the first of three boxes I subscribed to, they did refund me for the last two since I decided to cancel.
